The Christmas Revenge will be the second animation with Easter thematic since Christmas Holocaust. So 2010 and 2015 will be the only years with both Halloween and Christmas specials. It will be the second animated AMvs after The Fantasia Revenge, maintaining its style of humor and designs. But it won’t be a review hybrid, just a short film with a length of 10 to 15 minutes. Being stand-alone, it could be understood without previously watching other works even if it has plenty of cameos or extras from returning characters. Three will be the main characters, while LonkPlays is going to have a bigger role than in contributions before.
Probably released in late December or early January, the special will deconstruct some elements without falling in direct parody. For example, Rakzol showed in Fantasia Revenge that old unused characters can be revived and have charisma with the right focus. Two of the newcomers only appeared in FlashEstudio pictures. They will debut thanks to Friendzone Team, who voice characters from Digimon Abridged and Dreamscape Kingdom.
